Congrat for the brand new machine and thank you for such fine illustration. (I typed this from a work computer, so excuse me)
Few things I would like to explain to the thread starter;
The rotor head component is probably made of cold rolled aluminum and a mirror like surface finishing shall reduce metal fatigue significantly.
I would not worry about the reliability of the head component.
Second, the maximum allowable head speed is subject to flying condition. (From TDR website)
3D and fly around HS is limited to 2300RPM, and Speed HS is limited to 2600RPM. This is because the frame and head component
receive less stress from Speed flight than 3D. After all, everything looks great and keep up the good work.
