just as an info. Thomas is my given name. Therefore forget the Mr.
The SBL-Micro kit costs EUR 37,50. Shipping to China as letter starting with
EUR 3,- (depending on weight, insurance, ...).
Also just PCB and programmed processor is possible. Would be EUR 15,50. But
ensure that you would be able to get all remaining parts by yourself.
